Gift cards are delivered electronically by email after purchase and include a unique redemption code.

Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once redeemed, appointments may be scheduled for any available date within our booking window, even if the appointment occurs after the expiration date.

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services offered through The Paint Nail online booking system.

To redeem a gift card, enter the unique redemption code during online checkout when booking your appointment. Only one gift card, package, membership, or promotional code may be applied per appointment.

If your gift card balance does not cover the full cost of your appointment, the remaining balance is the client's responsibility.

Any unused balance will remain on the gift card until the full balance has been redeemed or the gift card expires, whichever occurs first.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card, except where required by law.

Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to another person before redemption. The purchaser is responsible for sharing the redemption code with the intended recipient and keeping the code secure.

Lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of a gift card code is the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

All appointments booked using a gift card are subject to The Paint Nail's booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies.

The Paint Nail reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any gift card obtained through fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
