The Paint Club Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in The Paint Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Fee & Billing
The Paint Club membership is $80 per month and renews automatically each month using your payment method on file. Your recurring billing date is based on the date you originally enrolled.
All monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
2. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your subscription management page or by contacting info@thepaintnail.com.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. After your membership expires, no future recurring charges will be processed.

3. Monthly Manicure Benefit
Members receive one monthly gel manicure per billing cycle.
Choose either:
Japanese Structured Gel Manicure (a $90 value), or
Hard Gel Overlay (an $80 value)
The monthly manicure includes a one-color application on XS-length natural nails.
Design Tier upgrades, Artist Curated Designs, Seasonal Edit designs, longer lengths, repairs, removals, add-ons, and additional services are not included and will incur additional charges.
4. Monthly Credit Rollover
Unused monthly manicure credits will automatically roll over while your membership remains active.
Unused credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire upon termination of your membership.
5. Birthday Benefit
Active members receive one complimentary Essential Hand Spa (a $50 value) once per calendar year.
To redeem this benefit:
The Essential Hand Spa must be booked as an add-on to any nail service.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at your appointment to verify your date of birth.
Once your birthday has been verified, your complimentary Essential Hand Spa will be applied at checkout.
This benefit cannot be redeemed as a standalone appointment.
This benefit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed while your membership is active.
6. Complimentary Design Tier Upgrade
Members receive one complimentary Design Tier Upgrade per calendar year.
This benefit:
Applies to the next Design Tier only.
Is valid on one appointment.
Applies only to Design Tier services.
Does not apply to Artist Curated Designs or Seasonal Edit services.
Is non-transferable and has no cash value.
7. Member Discounts
Active members also receive:
10% off Gift Card purchases of $150 or more
5% off refill services
Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
8. Appointment Policies
The Paint Club members remain subject to all booking policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies outlined by The Paint Nail.
Late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and applicable service charges remain the responsibility of the member.
9. Membership Freeze
Memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
10. Missed or Failed Payments
If your recurring payment cannot be processed, The Paint Nail reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership until payment has been successfully received.
11. Membership Termination
The Paint Nail reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for, including but not limited to:
Failure to submit payment
Abuse or misuse of membership benefits
Violation of studio policies
Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff
12. Membership Changes
The Paint Nail reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue The Paint Club Membership or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.
13. Non-Transferable
The Paint Club is intended solely for the registered member.
Memberships, monthly manicure credits, birthday benefits, Design Tier upgrades, discounts, and all other membership benefits are non-transferable, may not be shared with another individual, and have no cash value.
